- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Callea Pearce Lawyers was my conveyancer for a property purchase that settled today. They were okay right up until the 11th hour (afternoon before settlement) when they realized a shortfall. - They told me to go to my bank to sort out the shortfall. They never knew that there is no point to go back to my banker because it was now in the hands of the settlement department of the bank. - I called and told Callea that the information they gave me was incorrect and I told them to give me a solution. - They returned my call with bank details for the vendors conveyancer at about 5.10pm and said they will email it to me because I couldnt take down the details at that point. - They emailed me at 5.31pm with the wrong bank account number. I tried calling them but they were already closed. I called my banker and they were closed also. I called the vendors conveyancer and they closed at 5.00pm - You can imagine the unnecessary stress for me - The morning of the settlement I had done the running around to fix their massive mistake. - I will never use them again.By Erdam Berin Venme, September 03, 2017
